First of all, Happy New Year to all our clients, partners, blog readers and stakeholders! Wishing you lots of health, success and love in 2018.

The festive period came to an end, and we are all summing up the past year and setting our resolutions for the upcoming one.

A short recap. Without any doubt, Cleeng recorded its most successful year in all areas. I’ll throw some interesting numbers that illustrate what has been achieved. In 2017, our platform handled demand at large volumes, all over the globe:

Product-wise, we released our amazing new dashboard, which provides un-parallel video business analytics to optimise your conversion rates and reduce your churn. We have redesigned our website, went through SAE16 SOC1 certification, and improved immensely our platform’s scalability and usability.

We exist to make our clients and end-users happy.

One major step towards this was the successful transitioning of our customer care unit in Manila, Philippines. Numbers show we consistently enjoy strong Viewer satisfaction CSAT) and Broadcaster/publisher satisfaction (PSAT) rates.

This year, as the OTT space enters a new maturity stage, our focus will be on these 4 areas:

  1. 360 degree SVOD dashboard that consolidates all your OTT Business KPIs easily in one place.Cleeng clients
  2. PPV business: offering a single, highly integrated solution, synced perfectly with our tech partners. 
  3. Video Security: with an OTT industry reaching $80B, it is no doubt piracy will be a major concern. Cleeng Tattoo is now vetted by many major pay TV providers like HBO, Foxtel etc.
  4. Global presence:  More clients are expanding abroad, from US to Asia and Europe. Our presence in NYC, Amsterdam, Poznan, Sydney and Manila guarantee an incredible competence and reach.
