Tennis Channel is the premier tennis television and digital network in the United States. Using Cleeng’s subscription and customer care management technology, the updated Tennis Channel apps now offer an unparalleled cross-device experience, best-in-class customer service and the network’s break out subscription OTT service Tennis Channel Plus.

Cleeng helped migrate existing users and in-app payment information from legacy applications and supports in-app subscriptions on the revamped Tennis Channel app on iOS, Apple TV, Android, Roku and Fire TV. Tennis Channel also utilizes Cleeng’s customer care systems and staffing, backed up with a live chat module for dedicated 24/7 user support.
