We are currently looking for an International Office Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-organized individual, our company can be the perfect place for you to continue your career path and expand your knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR to support employees’ administration (contracts, benefits, contact with payroll administration, immigration follow up)
  • Organize offices (Poznan, Amsterdam, New York) operations and procedures including taxes, chamber of commerce administrative requirements
  • Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Partner with Finance to manage company vendors’ contracts (storage and renewal) and support company credit cards payment process.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, and facilitate the corporate bonding
  • Keep an inventory of company equipment and ordering new ones if necessary

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, in an administrative position with international experience (preferably in Dutch companies)
  • Structured and having the capacity to prioritize important tasks 
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Problem solving attitude and proactive approach and communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-organization 
  • Computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.) 
  • Fluent English is must (Polish and/or Dutch will be a plus)
