With a fast expanding SaaS & recurring business, we wish to strengthen our top-notch management team and hire a new CFO. We want you to stand out from the crowd, in terms of SaaS financial expertise, business acumen and thought leadership. You will make a long-lasting impact in the category, and contribute to creating an industry leader.

Your goal will be to coordinate all financial processes, from accounting to fund raising. You will work closely with CEO, Board Level decision makers to determine ideal / best - case business practices to further accelerate our development, along with the right financial backing (financial investors and/or financial institutions). You will also coordinate major corporate initiatives through communication with CEO, Founder's & Investors

• Oversee the development of financial models, accounting models and scenarios to monitor financial performance and support future business growth
• Provide insightful and trusted advice to the CEO, management team and investors on both financial and broad-based business issues related to the overall performance of the Company.
• Serve as a key member of the senior executive team in providing input to management peers regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions, as well as strategic input in shaping the Company’s business objectives.
• Manage and maintain lines of communication & timely reporting with banks, accounting firms, board members and shareholders
• Establish a solid financial foundation with appropriate systems that will allow the business to grow effectively (organically and through M&A) over the next several years.
• Work closely with all stakeholders on strategic opportunities, including M&A activity.

• 8-10 years experience in an executive / key leadership capacity within Finance & Management
• Application SaaS and Software industry experience required. Consumer, Broadcast, and eCommerce experience a plus.
• Master SaaS Metrics and know how to identify the leavers to gain operational efficiencies and build a repeatable, profitable business model
• Ideally a combination of experience that includes a large, global complex company and a rapidly growing company that has scaled within the $10M - $100M+ range 
• Excellent ethics and integrity, backed by solid references
• Great teamwork abilities, dealing with finance, sales & marketing, tech and HR teams, both inside and outside the company
• Excellent English communication a must, fluent in Dutch preferred
