Your Mission

With a fast expanding business, we wish to strengthen our top-notch team of sales professionals and hire a Director, Revenue Operations. We want you to stand out from the crowd, in terms of business passion and process oriented approach to sales. You will make a long-lasting impact in the category, and contribute to creating an industry leader.


You will represent Cleeng’s Sales Intelligence unit by coordinating all sales processes from new business functions to customer success functions from SalesForce structuring to revenue forecasting based on market & industry analyses. You will be developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable Cleeng’s growth by collecting and analyzing data across departments to help maximize sales productivity.

Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce by monitoring the set KPIs and by proactively engaging with sales members to ensure regular progress updates
  • Build in Salesforce both Customer Success and Partnerships reporting and drive the usage of SF among those functions including the Client Experience feedback monitoring
  • Structure the overall deal evolution path in Salesforce from lead ingestion in Hubspot to opportunity closing and existing account evolution for new business, partnerships and customer success functions
  • Automate the integration between SalesForce and complementary software useful for Sales such as Hubspot, LinKedIn Navigator, FinancialForce, Jira so to provide sales teams with faster and more diligent overview of opportunities. 
  • Maintain these respective documents internal RFP documentation for Sales and be the main internal point of contact to ensure efficient and standard work within the Sales & Customer Success Teams
  • Provide timely reporting of sales forecast, conversion efficiency, and win probability of deals to sales and company management on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis with recommendations on how ways to increase the win rate
  • Facilitate reporting of NRR, CSAT and other relevant Customer Success metrics
  • Monitor and drive Sales’ & Customer Success’ adoption of internal processes: Salesforce, RFP bible, company presentations, QBRs, Win-Loss analysis, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

Preferred Work Experience & Education

  • Strong experience in a similar role (7+ years) driving processes for a sales department
  • Knowledge of, or experience in SaaS and/or Media/Telco/OTT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree 
  • Experience working in multicultural, international organizations with rapidly evolving products and business models
  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Manager is a plus

The ideal candidate will have the following Competencies:

  • 7+ years in a similar role including SalesForce management
  • Process driven: You understand the value of a structured sales approach and you like to simplify processes for easier implementation. You believe that in order to “boost sales”, we need to “simplify” ways of working and focus on “actionable” strategies. 
  • Teamwork & Cooperation: You work collaboratively with others, forge connections with key industry stakeholders, cultivate win-win relationships. You know how to work in a team and be a valued player
  • Identification with the company: You act in accordance with the company’s values ​​and interests. You appreciate our culture code, and want to contribute to it too in the long run.
  • Orientation towards achieving goals: You set yourself ambitious goals and take action to increase the efficiency within the organization. 
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets that enables you to create clear reports and forecasts.
