Your Mission

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-organized individual, our company can be the perfect place for you to continue your career path and expand your knowledge.

Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO and management team with the organization of internal and external meetings like: kick off,  QBRs, board meetings, or clients meetings (set up meetings, share agenda, create template, collect presentations) 
  • Prepare timely communication with the management team and external stakeholders (key partners, investors/shareholders): minutes, agenda preparation, presentation templates
  • Maintain G-Drive repository for CEO and management (template, minutes)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like company events,  parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Organize office operations and procedures (Amsterdam, USA) including taxes, chamber of commerce administrative requirements, office rental etc
  • Partner with HR to support employees’ administration (contracts, benefits, contact with payroll administration, immigration follow up for the Netherlands)
  • Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant track record as executive assistant, hospitality management (events, hotels…) or office management (Spaces, Wework) position with international experience (preferably in Dutch companies)
  • Excellent communication style, both verbal and written. Lively and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent time management skills. Structured and having the capacity to prioritize important tasks 
  • Paying attention to details, curious to understand the business side of Cleeng
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Problem solving attitude and proactive approach and communication (building template, sharing agenda, taking minutes)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer skills (Google suite) 
  • Fluent English and communicative Dutch 
  • Bachelor
