Working closely with the full HR Team but also company Management, you will play a key role in helping the organization in strengthening existing recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to have ownership and also learn a wide range of topics from the HR area.

Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive our global recruitment strategy and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. As a crucial member of our HR team, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and attracting top talent for our rapidly growing company, working across Europe and globally. Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across Europe, the US, the Netherlands, Poland, and potentially globally.
  • Co-create and execute a comprehensive global recruitment strategy.
  • Engage in proactive discussions with hiring managers to understand annual hiring needs and formulate an Annual Employment Plan.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions across diverse functions like tech, marketing, sales, and finance in collaboration with the leadership.
  • Deploy effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and freelancers as a primary liaison.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules for hiring managers, focusing on recruitment processes and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Maintain and present weekly Recruitment Reports to management.
  • Streamline administrative tasks, including candidate testing, communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Champion process enhancements in the recruitment domain, bringing innovation to the forefront.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in European and US markets, covering domains like Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Acquaintance with various interview techniques, applicant screening methods, HR databases, ATS, and HRIS.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools (G-docs, G-sheets, G-slides, etc.).
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, tailored to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership effectively.
  • A decisive, independent thinker with a keen attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Bachelor'cs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
