As the Product Marketing Manager focusing on MediaStore SDK and Hi5 product proposition,  you work closely with the range of Cleeng teams & partners across the world. Starting from product and tech based in Poland to customer care team in the Philippines. 

You will develop industry-leading products by sharpening Cleeng products’ value propositions, positioning and messaging. You will research the competitive landscape, evaluate market trends and form a high level roadmap based on found insights. You will work with your counterparts at partners’ teams to deliver the best value for our clients.

• Conduct market & competitor analysis in comparison to our positioning so to identify the best opportunities to give Cleeng a competitive advantage
• Explore opportunities through research, feedback, and customer experience to maintain products’ competitive edge in the industry and be responsible for the development and progress of the product
• Working with our partners (Apple, Google, Zendesk in particular) and internal team, create and maintain the product proposition & materials 
• Create messaging and customer stories that resonate with partners & sales teams
• Drive awareness of products’ features and value proposition, manage product demos toward clients and partners
• Develop high level roadmap of improvements, work closely with project management and tech team to secure innovation and predictable delivery
• Build consensus around new processes and campaign strategies with our GTM teams
• Understand and internalize product features, user experience, customer journey, product value, and market consequences from a marketing perspective
• Deep dive and produce product analysis to better understand product end-users within their respective market, domain, and region

Must have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in SaaS and eCommerce
• Ability to create a comprehensive improvement plan based on competitor analysis, market and prospect requirements
• Creative thinking, finding innovative solutions that bring simplicity in execution and high performance
• Experience with Apple and Google app stores a plus
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in multicultural, international organizations with rapidly evolving products and business models
• Strong analytical skills are solicited, together with business acumen and customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
