As the main product architect you will work closely with our founders, product marketeers and clients like NFL, NHL, Optus and define solutions to requirements and guide the implementation to help us become the leading Subscriber Management Platform for Media & OTT

• Gather business, functional and technical requirements from  stakeholders and translate those into a functional solution documents ready for engineers to work effectively
• Ensure business objectives, architecture, UX details, API specs and user flow diagrams are all covered in such functional solution documents
• Cooperate with internal teams to identify the needs and dependencies at an early stage of scoping and estimate workloads required for each team so to decide on highest impact solutions
• Perform a thorough risk and impact assessments to ensure smooth implementation of the designed solution
• Work closely with multiple delivery teams, align with them on respective responsibilities and provide the required inputs and clarifications on functional level over the course of implementation, to ensure a smooth launch.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a solid technical background, preferably within the digital media industries or subscription management systems
• Broad online product management skills - good business acumen, UI / logical thinking and technical skills. 
• Strong understanding of web technologies, Cloud, APIs, Data handling and SDKs.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence), and familiarity with at least one diagram, design or wireframe tools (such as Figma, Miro, PlantUML etc)
• Ability to document and present compelling solutions in simple terms (diagrams, wireframes), thanks to clear articulation of clients needs, technical options, and target architecture
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
