We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our HR  team. This role will play a key role in advancing our HR operating model and supporting our goals to create greater scale in supporting employees. 

This role will be based in our Poznan office in Poland, as part of the role responsibilities include organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures.

It requires attendance at the office at least once per week.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will take the HR  topics to the next level and to be a vital contributor to the HR transformation. This offers a very diverse job environment with exciting and varying tasks but also requires the need to be flexible, open, and adaptable to changing and new requirements.

Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Our employees are based across different countries and you will own all end-to-end people operations including  hiring, on-boarding, off boarding, legal documentation, contracting, agreements, immigration procedures, etc.
  • Organize, maintain and update HR records,  policies, procedures and documentation
  • Assist our internal and external partners for payroll preparation 
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on daily HR queries
  • Create reports & presentations for the HR team & for senior management
  • Help to organize regular employee’s  performance cycles, salary calibrations and engagement surveys
  • Prepare and update all paperwork related to compensation change, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  • Support the HR team with the roll-out of different HR projects

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High level of autonomy and ability to take initiative, driving continuous improvement and automating processes.
  • Great organization & time management skills 
  • Ability to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and to interact proactively
  • Ability to resolve problems, and identify systemic issues with an eye for detail 
  • Ability to analyze & visualize data (creating detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Employee centric approach & empathy
  • Proficient in English (C2) & in Polish (C2) 
  • Proficient  in MS Office & G-Suite

Optional! Nice-have requirements: 

  • Experience with HRIS & Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in office management & events organization
