Position Overview

The Account Manager will support the Account Management team by serving as a conduit to Cleeng’s Sales Management, Business Service Support (BSS) and Customer Service Support (CSS) teams. This person will also prepare and retrieve sales retention related documents and reports within the Sales Retention folder. They will also liaise with clients and provide feedback to the Sales Retention, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture strong relationships with key strategic stakeholders within assigned accounts, so to achieve high NPS
  • Evangelize Cleeng products, solutions and ROI to grow & retain these accounts.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers’ business, challenges and requirements and explain how the Cleeng’s platform would benefit them.
  • Build project plans for both internal and external communication to clearly articulate the launch and progression of new client projects
  • Work with Cleeng’s Customer Service Support (CSS) and Business Service Support (BSS) teams to keep track of Strategic account tickets. 
  • Prepare, maintain and retrieve sales retention documents and reports. 
  • Update internal databases with account information.

  • You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce. 
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Work Experience & Education

  • 3 years of similar experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Experience with an enterprise software or media-related solution provider(s).
  • BBA or MBA.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, digital media, broadcasting, sports, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Experience working in multicultural, international organisations with rapidly evolving products and business models.
  • Knowledge what GSD means.
