Your Impact and Mission 

Build best-in-class broadcaster help center and training materials so to ensure all employees, partners, and clients are best equipped to leverage Cleeng Products and services. 

​​We’re looking for someone to train & thrill internal stakeholders & external users, build an evangelism team, and own all forms of documentation across video, text, and more. We consider this to be crucial which will bring structure and excellence to the different dimensions of our product.


  • You are the biggest fan of Cleeng products. You find every possible way to work with an internal and external team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements,
  • Manages end-to-end the broadcaster help center and be a subject matter expert with detailed documentation about our products and use cases,
  • Responsible to write every aspect of the broadcaster help center with product description, Client use cases, FAQ’s, release notes, integration stories, and so on, 
  • Responsible for creating the product training materials for internal and external users. 
  • Develop and implement the training programs like “Train the Trainer” for the internal employees about the Cleeng products and services,
  • Educating and empowering our partners to deliver the best of Cleeng products,
  • Establish a process for communicating how the release of the new product can be used by our partners and clients,
  • Gathering and providing the product team with client insights to help shape the product roadmap. 
  • Creating demo videos, webinars, product presentations, client-facing roadmaps to support the sales and retention team with the process.   
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as product writer/product evangelist (or other customer-facing roles), ideally for a SaaS product,
  • Structured and logical background to understand system concepts and feature details, preferably with hands-on experience with subscriptions, analytics, and payment processes. 
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications,
  • Good experience in writing articles, giving talks, and developing demos, webinars, videos with technical content.
  • Knowledge in presenting to different types of audiences, large and small
  • Excellent command in English with written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment. 
  • Must be able to travel if necessary
