Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Sales Retention team.  Primarily, this person will work with Cleeng’s internal teams to drive revenue growth, operational effectiveness, and most importantly, provide excellent  service to Cleeng’s clients. This person will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining sales retention related documents as well as maintaining client information and touch points within the Cleeng’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with both the Account manager and client to closely understand the needs and goals of the clients. 
  • Be the main point of contact for our small/medium business clients, representing about 20% of our revenue.
  • Oversee the management of the Net Promoter Score reporting for the Sales Retention team (preparation, collection, analysis, distribution).
  • Maintain client contact and data points within SalesForce (CRM system) in order to maintain appropriate view into all activity occurring with the client base.
  • Work with the Business Systems Support team to ensure that all client related issues are resolved quickly and escalate instances when you’re concerned with resolution times.
  • Leverage the data and insight generated by the company’s products to drive revenue and identify product opportunities and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.

The ideal candidate will have the following Skills & Experience:

  • 4  years of similar experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Fluent in English, great representation skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce. 
  • Excellent organizational & analytic skills. Mastery of Excel/Google Sheet.
  • Good technical presentation & delivery skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Punctual, innovative, self-starter.
  • Willingness to work during working hours of Central European Time (CET).

Preferred Work Experience & Education

  • Experience with an enterprise software or media-related solution provider(s).
  • BBA or MBA.
