Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our team at Cleeng. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales techniques, revenue operations management, and business development within the media industry. The Sales Intern will collaborate with our sales team to support the achievement of sales goals and will also have the opportunity to lead a revolutionary project focused on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance our sales processes.

This position is ideally suited for someone at the end of their degree, keen to work in a sales and tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of sales principles and practices and a keen interest in exploring AI applications within the sales domain.

Job summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring Cleeng’s Sales AI strategy to the next level by implementing concrete use cases that will help drive our team’s productivity.  Remain at the forefront of AI advancements, leveraging its evolving capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency within our sales operations.
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting, conducting research and supporting their key sales pursuits.
  • Support sales directors in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas within the sales process where AI can be integrated to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in AI-driven sales methodologies.
  • Develop and execute a project plan to implement AI solutions within the sales organization, including defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to represent Cleeng and build knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and KPI measuring to help identify improvement areas for the Sales Management team
  • Provide great customer services by responding to client enquiries & leads, addressing their needs in a timely manner
  • Provide support for the Sales team weekly meetings and QBR’s
  • Collaborate with other teams to create cross-semination of knowledge, such as the Marketing, Product and Design teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships externally and internally
  • Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in business, ideally within the sales domain.
  • Unlimited energy and a knack for generating innovative ideas to help drive AI initiatives forward
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • A positive attitude, and team player mentality
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree obtained or undergoing studies
