Your impact and mission

Cleeng has established since 2017 a team in Manilla to manage several important functions: Inside Sales, Customer Care, and Account Management. The team is an integral part of the larger team organisation, and its functions are essential to Cleeng’s success. 

As a key member of a growing sales organization, you will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales Team and will report directly to the VP, Sales. You will be in charge of building the right processes to achieve best business results, maintaining a high team-spirit to drive everyone to success and you will work closely with the VP, Sales to set up the right strategies between Inside Sales and Enterprise Functions.

The best person in this role shall be driven, positive, mature, and capable of working in an international environment, with multidisciplinary functions, so as to exceed revenue goals.


  • Direct the efforts and develop strategies to successfully grow the existing inside sales team, as well as conducting B2B sales of Cleeng solutions and products
  • Manage opportunities through the sales funnel – from Discovery and Qualification, to Proposal and Closing. 
  • Provide your team with best practices to achieve best results. 
  • Work closely with our partners’ representatives to help them effortlessly win new sales opportunities. 
  • Conduct proper follow-ups actions to progress the sale process and sign deals
  • Respond promptly to custom prospect and partner requests by sending tailored quotes, sales materials, and invoicing through CRM & finance
  • Maintain a high standard of CRM data around accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Become a trusted “subscriber retention” advisor for internal and external contacts


Required Skills/Experience 

  • Minimum 6 years of successfully managing inside sales activities, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • B2B Selling Experience required
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, digital media, broadcasting, sports, or similar industries is a plus
  • Experience working in a multicultural, international organization with rapidly evolving products and business models
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and organizational skills; additional language a big plus
  • A proactive, goal-oriented individual who will drive its missions to success
  • Good communication and organizational skills are essential
