Your Impact and Mission

Your mission is to have our clients enable and operate feature-rich subscriber retention management software in a frictionless way. Due to this Cleeng is able to continue to scale fast and maintain to be the leader in subscriber retention management.

As part of the frictionless experience team, you act as a coordinator and facilitator for one or multiple scrum teams. You will ensure that each feature is specified in detail based on insights from clients and other stakeholders. You will also ensure smooth feature roll-out and high adaption with our clients and partners.

The job: Project Manager / Product Owner

Your job is to ensure the proper execution of Cleeng projects  

Your Responsibilities 

  • Product features planning and execution
  • Cooperation with development teams (taking care of information flow, assuring proper communication in the team, monitoring and reporting work progress)
  • Participation in Agile processes (tickets administration, tasks preparation, prioritization, sprints planning, daily…)
  • Problems solving and escalating

Our Requirements 

  • Open mind and positive attitude
  • 3-4 years of experience in software projects management / coordination
  • Practical knowledge of software development processes
  • Experience with Agile processes (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of software technical concepts allowing for effective communication with teams
  • Great written and spoken communication skills
  • Organizational skills and accountability

Preferred Work Experience & Education 

  • Software engineering background
  • Preferably a Master degree
  • Media and entertainment industry (VOD, SVOD or PPV services, video delivery or management products, multiplatform software products: Apple / Android / Roku… )
